Recent success for clients include include directing the development and delivery for the successful bid for $1.3b of new business over 4 years for a client; change management associated with organisational restructures and the formulation of sales strategy and operational plans that realised over 20% in cost savings.
Individual career skill development includes both the skills to manage a career (planning, networking, working with mentors etc.) and those that are needed to be successful in a career including effective communication and your operating style; how you work. For instance, in teams and meetings, how you negotiate, lead and resolve conflict, work with stakeholders and deal with the 'bad stuff' and get back up when things go wrong.

For more years than she cares to acknowledge, Karen Adamedes has built a career as a successful business executive. Working for market-leaders in Australia, Karen's experience has been gained in sales, marketing, operations and senior management roles; managing national teams and multi-million dollar budgets. She is an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record of success driving business transformation, the delivery of business results and the development of high performance teams.
A sales professional at heart, the allure of figuring out 'how things work', organisations, processes and people (as opposed to anything that involves a screwdriver or a wrench!) and how they could be improved led her into the world of business and career transformation.
Working within companies and with businesses Karen developed insights into what works and why - when pursuing a career. She unlocked a code to career success in her book, "Hot Tips For Career Chicks; unlocking the CODE to success". And has recently published "Professional in Pajamas: 101 Tips for Working from Home."
Her career insights have been featured on the pages of major magazines and newspapers and her articles appear regularly in international publications. Karen speaks at corporate and other events, blogs (not as often as she should) at and loves that her career provides her with the ability to write and speak on careers as well as work in the corporate world.
